  • coffee1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coffee grounds
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil (or carrier oil such as almond, jojoba, and macadamia nut)
  • Optional: Essential oil (for scent)


  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, coffee grounds, and olive oil.
  2. Add a teaspoon of honey.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Transfer in a secured plastic container.

This coffee scrub is good for two weeks. Use it when you take a shower. Be sure your skin isn’t dry before you apply it. Remember that coffee grounds are a bit coarse, so you have to ensure your skin is damp or wet to avoid irritation on the dry skin. When you rub it, do so gently and in a circular motion.
